Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Business Strategy:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Management & Market Development:

  • Manage and expand distribution channels including dealers, contractors, real estate developers, architects, and retail chains.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, evaluate performance, and propose action plans for improvement.

Channel & Product Development:

  • Position product lines and build suitable portfolios based on market demand.
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to launch new products and offer comprehensive solutions to clients.

Commercial Operations & Pricing Optimization:

  • Develop pricing policies, discount structures, and sales incentive programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and assess profitability and market impact.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Lead and develop the commercial/sales team; provide training and performance coaching.
  • Coordinate closely with production, operations, marketing, and finance departments to ensure alignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry and construction market in Vietnam.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, commercial strategy, revenue and margin management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably working with distribution, dealers, contractors, developers, or within the building materials supply chain.
