Our Client develops and manufactures a wide range of network equipment for Carriers and Enterprises from FTTH, Mobile Backhaul, Ethernet Switch to Wifi
JOB SUMMARY
This position is accountable for the country sales target achievement and country overall operation performance excellence through the daily management and coordination including:
- Is accountable for country sales strategy operationalization, sales teams/processes and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels including:
- Direct Field (Face-to-Face) Sales
- Indirect Field (Channel/Partner/Distributor) Sales
- Account Management
- Overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the operational performance
- Directing the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources
- Analyzing and coordinating for agreed/approved operational investments that best meet the organization's business needs.
- This position requires a deep understanding of local business market including business challenges and internal technical environment to provide proper solutions/tactics/action plan/activities that deliver corporate strategies’ goals in long term and meet local sales objectives (revenue, market share…) in a shorter term
- This position also requires exceptional ability to coordinate/empower subordinates/peers/superiors towards shared goals and maximize the synergy within team and inter-teams for optimized productivity and sustainable corporate competitiveness.

40% Sales leadership and management
40% R&D performance monitor and administration for customer satisfaction
20% Corporate Services (HR, Admin, Finance, IT, Legal, PR/Marketing) coordination and service enhancement/improvement
10% Company representation
10% Corporate culture ambassador
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge (K)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
- Technical knowledge on Fiber Network, FTTH, GPON, Ac
- cess and overall Telecom field
- Strong profile in Sales management (direct sales), at least 15 years’ experience in managing key (large/monopoly) accounts with proven record of sales success and overall operational management.
- Fantastic experience in the position (at least 3-5 years) preferred in Vietnam

- Demonstrated capability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
- Must have global and cultural awareness and possess the ability to build dynamic relationships.
