MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll:
- Participating in building and implementing salary, bonus and benefit plans (except Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax) every year to achieve the goal of maximizing the efficiency of the salary budget.
HR Budget:
- Developing, managing and controlling budget for expenses related to employees.
Rewards:
- Building, developing, maintaining the system of policies, procedures, regulations and processes related to salary, bonus and benefit
Salary review:
- Collecting and analyzing policy information and salary in market to propose policies and programs to attract and retain employees in accordance with the common goals of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 05 years of working experience in the same position
- General knowledge of human resource management
- Able to work well with detailed and accurate numbers
- Proficient use of office software: Excel, Power Point, Viso…
- Proficient English: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing.
