Primary purpose of the role

The Deputy Chief Executive works in close partnership with the Chief Executive,

providing leadership across the Sales/ Marketing and Market Development and ensuring

that the operation of functional department enhance the Sales capability and capacity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the highest leader of the Sales/Marketing & Market development Departments, report to the CEO directly including assist, contributing the development and the strategy of the Company;
  • Represents the Company to liase with clients, suppliers, vendors and other business partners…
  • Design and develop the effective management system in order to meet the international quality of standard in both products and services of the Company;
  • Contribute to the development of Company strategic plans and decisions by the CEO, and participate as a member of the Executive, to achieve the Company’s objectives and service outcomes.
  • Lead and provide CEO to a Sales/Marketing & Market development yearly program including the brand management, budgeting, human resource planning, works allocation, products & services training within the financial budgeting of the year.
  • Represents the CEO to review and control the sales operation & activities, contribute in structuring the mid-level management and staffs in order to match the objectives of the Company;
  • Initiate the strategic plan for the development of Real estate Transaction Centre of the Company;  Leading implementation of critical and imperative changes, and strategic initiatives, across the organisation achieving high levels of ownership and compliance;
  • Identifying and resolving significant, complex and sensitive issues related to service delivery, given the need for innovative, evidence based solutions and judgements, broader client implications and requirement for transparency

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline required;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate with equivalent position/ role in the big size group;
  • Strategic planning exposure a must;
  • Risk Management experienced is preferable;
  • Proven people management skills, excellence planning and implementation works in a good manner;
  • Excellence entrepreneurial, leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Self-confidence, decisiveness and common sense;
  • Fluency in English required;
