Job Objective
Organize, manage, and oversee all research and development (R&D) activities related to pharmaceutical and chemical products for veterinary and aquaculture use. Ensure that all developed products are effective, safe, legally compliant, and aligned with market demands and the company’s development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
R&D Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute annual research and development plans. Design and guide experimental studies, assign tasks to researchers, supervise progress, and prepare quarterly reports for the R&D Board.
Laboratory Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 14001 standards. Provide technical direction, manage personnel, equipment, and materials, and conduct training to enhance team capabilities.
Documentation and Legal Compliance: Prepare registration dossiers for veterinary drugs and coordinate with testing authorities and partners to ensure full compliance with regulations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Sales departments to develop product standards, pilot production procedures, and product testing processes. Transfer research results to production and support market deployment.
Technology Research and Innovation: Monitor disease trends and technological advancements, propose new research directions, and improve or optimize existing products.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Pharmacy, Chemical Pharmacy, or Pharmacology.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Skills: Team management, training and coaching, planning, data analysis, report writing, and technical English proficiency.
