Training Leader

• Our customers have many years of experience in data processing, a team of young talented engineers, we are tasked with developing and implementing the most important, specialized, core systems of the corporation to big data processing, research and development to process new data models on big data platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize workshops, technology sharing knowledge for company internal and external.
• Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
• Work with the HR team for training Security policy, basic technology for new employees.
• Support IT help desk to the Back Office team when necessary.

• Monitors training programming and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
• Other tasks required by BOD.
• Mentor and assessment training for Internship programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have leadership skills, training skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
• 03 years working experience in IT field with at least 1 years in training role in IT companies or have experience in working with Japanese customers.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
