Senior Consultant

Responsibility

Key Account 

• Researching, approaching and promoting Vietsourcing HR Service to  prospective clients, analyzing their business, their current and future recruitment needs
• Developing and maintaining business relationship with prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, handle necessary paperwork to sign contract.
• Consultant client to have the best solution for each job requirement  for searching the right candidates.
• Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages
• Follow up with clients until the deal is close
• Manage client  database and update related information when required

Recruitment Consultant 

• Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates and assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles.
• Consult to candidates on salary, training and career progression based on their expectations.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant work experience in sales/recruitment
• Good Negotiation skills
• Good Communication skills in  English (written and verbal).
• Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty
• Focused on Results.
