Sales Manager

Job Description

• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, implement them
• Ensure sales performance for the team
• Develop individual quotas, assign goals and KPIs for team members
• Provide detailed and accurate forecasts
• Recruit and train team members, coach and mentor them to enhance sales performance, develop the team through products / services / processes knowledge education
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Foster a competitive, yet collaborative team environment
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
• Support and take over inbound sales enquiries from key accounts
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years sales experience in the garment decoration industry (digital printing / screen printing / embroidery / etc.)
• Similar industries are also possible (such as garment manufacturing industry, printing (signage, offset, etc) industry)
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Has to be quite well connected with overseas buyers (i.e. export customers in his sales portfolio)
• Deep understanding of ERP, CRM systems and best practices
• Strong commitment to ethics and integrity in all business dealings
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers and team members
• The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
• Takes pride in the commitment to deliver the promise of good pre-sales and after-sales service
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
