Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Tech and Business teams to create, plan, and execute projects. Drive the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.
• Organize and participate in team meetings to maintain and represent the interest to stakeholders
• Communicate with stakeholders about expectations, timelines, priorities, and any problems that may arise
• Conduct pre and post-project evaluation to realize values

REQUIREMENTS:

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project managing experience
• Strong backlog management and sense of task / story breakdown
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback,
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with appropriate prioritization based on evaluation of opportunity costs, risks, and return of investments
• Strong people management and experience with complex Stakeholder Management
