Partnership Manager (Banking or Insurance)

Our Client are looking for candidates who share our passion for bringing emerging economies into the modern age of finance and insurance through innovations in embedded finance. This position should have a strong sense of ownership, demonstrate inspiring leadership abilities, and possess the capacity to think creatively and work independently.
 

Responsibilities:
● Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
● Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the
business.
● Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
● Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project
planning.
● Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
● Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners 

Requirements

● Experience of at least 5 years in SaaS/Cloud software marketing, business development and/or sales in Vietnam.
● Bachelor’s degree (or above) in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university; MBA with a focus on business development or marketing preferred.
● Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
● Business level English and native Vietnamese.
● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
● Excellent organizational skills.
● Experience in using CRM tools to manage opportunity pipelines.
● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
● Proficient in Word, Excel, GSuite, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
