Operation Director (Retails)

Our Client is the Number One Fashion Group in Retail Vietnam within 200 stores
Summary :
Spearheads and oversees the overall retail functions of a company through human resource & business activies at stores.
Job description :

• Consult to superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervise staff from different stores and provide constructive feedback.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures/policies to revise and promote their implementation.
• Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
• Projects a positive image of the organization to store employees, customers, and community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement :

• Experience: Above 3 years at similar role                                                                            
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
