Location
A Startup Fintech Company in Hanoi, they are looking for a visionary CPO to lead our fintech product portfolio, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact. This role reports to the Board and works closely with the CEO, CTO, and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, execution, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Strategy
- Partner with the Board to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products ( current and upcoming fintech products).
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, legal assessment, planning, budgeting, execution, and growth.
- Ensure products meet customer needs, market trends, regulatory standards, and long-term business goals.
- Own product outcomes, including revenue, profitability, user growth, market share, and KPIs.
Technology & Data Strategy
- Collaborate with CTO and Tech teams to guide product architecture, platform scalability, security, and UX optimization.
- Drive application of Big Data, AI/ML, and user behavior analytics to enhance features, performance, and personalization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, information safety, and financial regulations.
Team Management & Culture
- Build and lead Product, Design, Data, and Project Management teams.
- Establish effective workflows across Product, Tech, Design, Marketing, and Business units.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA or international certification preferred.
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Experience in fintech, securities, digital banking, or tech startups with large-scale B2C products.
- Hands-on experience with financial trading systems, real-time data processing, and partner API integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience with stock trading systems, e-wallets, or investment platforms.
- Knowledge of financial data standards and transaction reporting protocols (e.g., Financial Information Exchange).
- Startup mindset: agile, experimental, flexible, and decisive.
