Job Description 

  • Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis and
    troubleshooting of technical problems
  • Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware,
    software, OS, network, etc.)
  • Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune configuration and administration, patching & file server
    management
  • Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions
    to meet clients’ needs
  • IT asset management and other adhoc duties as assigned
  • Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL will be an added advantage

Job Requirements

  • Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Office 365 and Intune advantageous
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from SI environment
  • Experience in Windows 10 and added advantage for Macintosh Operating System
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Experience in providing hardware troubleshooting

  • Temporarily remote, to be based in HCMC/ HANOI
  • Interview: 2 rounds via remote
  • Probation: 3 months
  • Report: IT Manager/Service Delivery
