Location
The HR & Admin Manager plays a vital role in overseeing both human resources and administrative operations within the manufacturing plant. This position ensures that HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures align with business goals while also managing administrative tasks that support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management
- Maintain and update the company’s organizational structure and chart.
- Develop HR strategies, workforce planning, and budgets.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Manage, update, and securely store personnel records.
- Administer attendance tracking, payroll, salary payments, and bonus calculations.
- Ensure employee benefits and compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle insurance contributions and personal income tax calculations.
- Organize training programs, assess effectiveness, and support employee development.
- Monitor and evaluate performance management systems.
- Facilitate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute internal company events in collaboration with the administration team.
- Oversee compliance with labor policies and handle disciplinary actions.
Admin Management
- Procure and manage office equipment, facilities, and infrastructure assets.
- Oversee security and fire prevention measures.
- Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, environmental hygiene, and canteen services.
- Manage canteen operations and meal distribution.
- Supervise incoming/outgoing correspondence, record storage, and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate reception activities, ceremonial events, and meeting room arrangements.
- Organize internal events in coordination with HR.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings.
- Handle legal and administrative licensing procedures.
- Provide HR-related support as needed and approved by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in HR or administration.
- Expertise in HR and administrative management within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, employee benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
