To lead the branding and communication strategies across the Group and its subsidiaries, enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and positioning in the market. This role ensures consistent messaging and supports business objectives across core sectors: real estate, manufacturing, and trading.


II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated brand communication strategies for the Group and its subsidiaries across multiple industries.
  • Direct and oversee all branding, PR, marketing communications, digital content, social media, events, and sponsorship activities for corporate and project-level campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to formulate effective marketing and communication plans tailored to each sales and marketing (S&M) phase.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimal return on investment (ROI) across different projects and campaigns.
  • Establish and enforce brand identity standards (brand guidelines) to maintain consistency across all channels and subsidiaries.
  • Lead and develop the Group's Brand & Communications team while providing strategic guidance and support to communication teams in subsidiaries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, communication agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to strengthen the Group's public image and visibility.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Major: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a similar leadership role and have working experienced in Real Estate Industry , preferably in a diversified group or large-scale corporation
  • Languages: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office and communication-related tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business)
