After researching the Vietnamese market, we have observed a booming interest in ACG (Anime, Comic, Game) culture, particularly in collecting toys and premium entertainment products. With a spirit of creativity and continuous innovation, we are committed to bringing unique, high-quality, and stylish products to Vietnam’s toy-loving community.
We are seeking a visionary General Manager (GM) to lead and drive our business expansion in Vietnam. The GM will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans, building strong local partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to establish and grow the brand in Vietnam.
Identify emerging trends in the toy and ACG markets to seize new business opportunities.
2. Market Expansion & Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with toy sellers, collectible stores, and distribution partners.
Lead collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and gaming communities to enhance brand visibility.
3. Business Operations:
Oversee the operations of all core business areas, including the pre-owned toy marketplace, toy news hub, gaming center, and metaverse experience zone.
Ensure seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences.
4. Financial Management:
Set and manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies.
Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports for the leadership team.
5. Marketing & Community Engagement:
Develop marketing campaigns to attract and engage the toy-collecting community.
Foster an active and loyal customer base by creating interactive events and experiences.
6. Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general management, retail, or e-commerce, preferably in the toy, entertainment, or ACG industries.
Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Strong network within the ACG, gaming, and collectible toy communities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for toys, pop culture, and innovative entertainment experiences.
Language: Fluent in Chinese
