Ecommerce Specialist

Job Responsibility

•Handle daily operational activities (including managing sales via ecommerce channel) and requests from multiple business and marketing units that impact sales on the company’s website or other ecommerce platforms

•Develop marketplace online sales channels 

•Work cross-functionally with purchasing, accounting, and sales team to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the ecommerce road map forward

•Maintain databases to ensure smooth doc and workflow between frontend (Wordpress / Elementor / Woocommerce), 1C:ERP and production (Printavo) systems

•Coordinate the involvement of programming/tech support, content writers, marketing and other company personnel to meet account performance objectives and consumer expectations

•Execute ecommerce marketing strategy such as SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliate and email marketing 

•Find customer insights in e-commerce data to improve products and/or sales in all channels

•Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes

•Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•1-2 years of e-commerce experience

•Experience with E-commerce platforms, Woocommerce experience is a plus

•Basic web developer knowledge (PHP, HTML, CSS) is a plus

•Marketplace experience (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Vatgia, etc)

•Firm understanding of SEM / SEO principles, proven record of SEO achievements

•Knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, certification is a plus

•Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, content management systems and processes   

•Friendly, enthusiastic & outgoing personality

•Strong commitment to ethics and integrity in all business dealings

•Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally 

•The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary

•Ability to think on their feet and outside the box!

•The will to grow and learn something new every day

•Proactive, energetic, tenacious and self-driven

•Relevant 6 months sales experience is a plus

•Strong English skills to work in a dynamic English-speaking environment.
