Summary :
Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce business.This includes strategizing, planning, developing, and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance, among other things.
Job description :

  • Arrange all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan through combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
  • Oversee the ecommerce website of a brand by manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develope the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all web content.
  • Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
  • Manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size, and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines
  • Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current brand offering.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.                        

Requirement :

  • Experience: Above 3 years at similar role                                                                            
  • Education: BA degree in IT, Business administration, Marketing, Ecommerce or relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in commerce experience management (CommerceXM), digital asset management (DAM), as well as sophisticated digital shelf analytics.
  • A self-described data expert, able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new Ecommerce strategies.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
