Production Superviser/Manager (Garment Printing)

Job Description

• Lead the DTG Production team across day / night shirts, weekdays / weekends
• Arrange and monitor the production schedule, verify and optimize SOPs
• Organize and maintain consistent workflow to meet all orders specifications and deadlines
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel, train new people
• Forecast raw materials consumption, estimate production costs, prepare budgets
• Assess the amount of resources (workforce)
• Ensure output meets highest quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Ensure maintenance schedules of the equipment and clean working areas
• Arrange production inventory check and timely ERP data management
• Provide report on accomplished orders, quality control, production performance, and other
  reports as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a small-scale production lead (up to 15-20 people), printing industry is a plus
• Deep understanding of production management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field would be considered a strong asset
• Understanding of SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software
• Friendly, enthusiastic & outgoing personality
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Creative, problem solving mindset, results-driven approach
• Able to manage production projects
