Key Responsibilities & Duties
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design, plan, and implement the company's end-to-end digital transformation strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Leverage data analytics to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend policy enhancements that support digital growth.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and resolution of key transformation issues, while championing digital thinking across the organization.
Program & Project Oversight
- Develop and maintain project tracking plans to monitor progress, manage risks, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption and effectiveness of digital transformation efforts. Proactively address any areas of underperformance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrations and improvements are aligned with organizational objectives.
Technology & Innovation
- Lead the exploration and assessment of new digital tools and solutions that could enhance corporate systems and business operations.
- Drive optimization and standardization of digital processes company-wide, particularly within production environments.
The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s digital transformation roadmap. This key leadership role acts as a strategic bridge between departments to identify business needs and harness internal technological capabilities to drive sustainable digital initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management roles.
- Minimum 5 years in a management-level position.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong proficiency in digital tools, particularly Microsoft Power Platform (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP/IT/Technology systems within manufacturing or furniture production industries.
- Proven experience in digital transformation within a manufacturing setting is a strong plus.
- Solid background in automating workflows, improving reporting systems, and driving operational efficiency across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, from selection through performance evaluation.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding of systems design, SDLC (software development lifecycle), business process mapping, and IT governance/security.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to collaborate across matrix organizations.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently under ambitious goals.
- Effective in communication, team collaboration, time management, and problem-solving.
