    JOB OBJECTIVE

    Lead and manage all company operations based on data and processes. Support BOD in building a sustainable brand in the building materials market, optimizing cash flow, personnel performance, and organizational capacity to prepare for scale-up.

    • Location: Ho Chi Minh City

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Comprehensive Operations Management

    • Coordinate departments: sales, logistics, finance – accounting, human resources, customer service.
    • Establish and operate a governance system based on processes, KPIs, and technology.
    • Monitor operational efficiency, propose improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

    Financial Management & Cash Flow

    • Control budget, operating costs, accounts receivable, and daily cash flow.
    • Analyze management financial reports, support the Chairman in making quick and accurate decisions.
    • Propose solutions to optimize costs and control financial risks.

    Brand Building & Market Development

    • Collaborate to develop a sustainable brand strategy in the building materials industry.
    • Expand distribution channels and develop products that meet market demands.
    • Ensure consistent service quality and customer experience.

    Human Resource Management & Organizational Development

    • Optimize personnel structure and build a succession team.
    • Establish a performance evaluation system, internal training, and corporate culture.
    • Create an effective, cohesive, and results-oriented working environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    • At least 7 years of executive management experience in trade, distribution, building materials, or interior design companies.
