PROJECT MANAGER – INTERIOR FINISHING

Job Description

• Manage interior finishing & wooden flooring projects from tendering to execution and handover
• Coordinate quantity take-off and propose technical & construction solutions
• Lead on-site construction to ensure schedule, quality, and cost control
• Manage workers and subcontractors
• Work directly with Client, Main Contractor, and Consultants to handle technical issues and site coordination
• Coordinate with sales and business teams on bidding activities, product sample submissions, technical documents, and after-sales support. 
• Organize inspection, acceptance, and project handover

Requirements

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Economics, M&E, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishing construction
• Mandatory experience as Site Manager / Chief Site Engineer / Project Manager on large-scale projects
• Good understanding of wooden flooring construction techniques and drawings
• Solid technical mindset and logical thinking for meetings with client/contractor
• Proven experience in managing workers and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under site pressure
