Technical and Project Delivery Manager

Job Description

• Develop and standardize technical specifications, product documentation, and quality management systems based on international standards (ISO, ASTM, EN).
• Build and improve construction procedures and technical methods for different product lines and project types, ensuring compliance with local regulations in each operating market.
• Lead and manage key projects to ensure timely, safe, high-quality, and cost-optimized execution.
• Train, supervise, and manage the construction team and subcontractors, applying consistent construction standards across all markets.
• Control input material quality, monitor installation processes, and conduct final inspection to ensure product and installation meet international standards before handover.
• Serve as the technical service center, providing assessment, consultation, and handling warranty or technical issues.
• Conduct internal and external training on product quality, construction techniques, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with sales and business teams on bidding activities, product sample submissions, technical documents, and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Economics, M&E, or related fields.
• 5–8+ years in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or Technical Management roles.
• Minimum 3 years in site management, site supervision, or construction command.
• Preferably holds a construction supervision certificate.
• Experience working with investors, design consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Experience managing or executing fit-out or flooring projects.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of international construction standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Etabs, or similar QS/technical applications.
