Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and profit planning for F&B operations.

Budget & Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage budgets and monitor spending efficiency.
  • Oversee cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize capital use.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reports and present to BOD.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and F&B-specific regulations.

Risk & Investment Management:

  • Identify and manage financial risks.
  • Evaluate investment and funding opportunities to support expansion.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring effective performance and compliance.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to achieve financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior management (F&B or retail preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial planning, and business analysis.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
