Our client are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations, growth strategy, and brand development of a fast-growing coffee chain in Vietnam. The CEO will be responsible for delivering on the company’s mission and driving the achievement of business goals in line with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and market leadership in Vietnam and future regional markets.
- Build and elevate the brand positioning to ensure a strong and consistent identity across all outlets and customer touchpoints.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, franchise models, and retail expansions.
2. F&B Project Management
- Oversee all new store development projects including site selection, construction, design, procurement, and grand opening activities.
- Lead innovation and product development strategies to align with consumer trends and brand values.
3. Restaurant Operations Management
- Lead all functional areas including operations, HR, finance, marketing, procurement, and supply chain to ensure efficient and quality operations.
- Optimize workforce planning, talent development, and retention across store and corporate teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for cost control, budgeting, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all outlets.
4. Financial Management
- Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Ensure strong financial health and sustainable profit margins across the chain.
- Present business reports, forecasts, and strategic proposals to the Board of Directors.
5. Leadership & Culture
- Build a strong leadership team and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior leadership roles in the F&B or retail industry, preferably with experience leading a coffee chain or quick-service restaurant group.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese consumer market and retail operations.
- Demonstrated track record of business growth, brand development, and team leadership.
- Experience in multi-site operations, budgeting, cost management, and quality control.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
