Team Lead- Commissioning (Thermal Power)

Job Responsibility

System include:

• Pressure Conveying Ash Handling System From ESP, APH To Silo.
• Bottom Ash Slurry From Buffer Silo To Slurry Sump.
• Slurry Pumping System.
• Water Pump System.
• Compressed Air System For Ash Conveying
• Silo Unloading System.
• Loop Testing Of Instrument And Panel From PLC.
• Testing Of Various Instruments.

Scope of commissioning will be as follows:

• Checking of the system along with customer engineers before taking handover from customer for commissioning. Making sure all the systems are healthy and there are no errors before taking over. Punch point list to eb prepares for any shortcoming by customer during installation.
• Assistance in loop testing
• Testing of various instruments
• Calibration of the instruments (if required)
• No Load test of individual pneumatic, rotary & mechanical equipments
• No load trial of system
• Final on-load trials
• Assistance during reliability run of the system
• PG test support

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Require more than 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineer into Ash handling system precisely.
• Qualification- Degree in Mechanical
• Working location: Hau Giang Province, Vietnam
• Candidates who should have work in “Thermal Power Plant In Ash handling system”
• Open for Vietnamese and Indian candidates who currently living in Vietnam
• Prefer candidates can start working immediately, 6-month contract, extend will depend on the situation
• Package: US $3500- $4000 Gross per month
