Quality Assistant (QA/ QC Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Design, enforce, and execute testing strategy (security, functional, and performance) of products.
• Oversee the overall integration and unit test approach.
• Assist on training and improve development testing mindset
• Empower developers to confidently test by providing training, tools, and environments.
• Help the team to produce high-quality software, efficiently.
• Keep tabs on the team's output, and identify where improvements can be made.
• Foresee and prevent problems before they become problems.

Requirements:

• The person who is open-minded, strategic logical thinking. Patient and consistent
• Hands-on experience automation technologies, including executing and designing testing strategies
• Experience with Shif-left and shift-right testing strategies
• Experience with handling training automation to developers
• Willing to learn and adapt new things
• Self-motivated, product lover
