Responsibility

  • Managing function departments such as Production; Warehouse & logistics, Maintenance; Quality Control and Data. 
  • Managing the goods supply chain to Restaurants of the company with over 15 Brands.
  • Managing main production lines such as Meat, Sauce & Hotpot and Vegetable processing line to supply for the restaurants and super markets.
  • Set up and control KIPs of the factory team 
  • Training for middle management team
  • Responsibility for P&L of factory team 
  • Maintaining and improving ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL system 

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience in a lead manufacturing management role 
  • Must have experience working and knowledge of operations practices: food and drug laws, food safety, associate safety, factory P&L, as well supply chain optimization practices.
  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through execution in multiple operating functions: Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, and Quality
